Arguably the hardest level of the series. It takes guts and patience to beat Tree Tops, and those who have usually break down and cry.
Any thoughts?

I was just grateful that Sony caved in and showed us how to beat that level in one of their Playstation Underground releases. XD I still love that level for the satisfaction I got from finally beating it.

Treetops is NOT that hard, people! *dodges vegetables* It wasn't the easiest level in the game at all, but I think people exaggerate in calling it the most difficult level in Spyro history. It took me a while, but I figured it out without any kind of guide or help(though I still kind of cheated; I just followed the green thief right from the start) Once you know what to do, it's not too difficult. I personally found the Lofty Castle supercharge of doom to be a bigger hassle on my most recent playthrough. So basically, it's not easy, but it's not gruelingly hard. That's my two cents' worth.

Either way you slice it, I'm still glad Tree Tops is a challenge to some. If Oliver hadn't forgotten how to do that supercharge, he wouldn't have been on the other forum to see my Elora post.

Haha, isn't it awesome how some things play out? If it wasn't so difficult for some, you might have never gotten the chance to speak with Oliver Wade, and that would've been a shame. Despite the fact that I don't find it as hard as others do, it's still one of the more challenging levels of the game. Treetops also had one of my favorite lines in the game. "Well you could've found an easier place to get stuck!", or something along those lines.

When I was a kid, I thought it was the hardest thing to do. I replayed it a week ago, and you're right; it's not that hard.
